Complexity meets simplicity..
had a great time at china one juz now! celebrated wei's 20th birthdae. welcome to the swan's family! initiali we had wanted to go to eskibar. but well.. it wasnt exactly as nice as we tot it'd be.. perhaps the one at holland v will be better? n so we decided to explore other options. walked along clarke quay aimlessly n i suggested brewerkz cos i tink the beer there is fantastic! but the queue is quite long n estimated to take an hour.. no choice but to move on.. tot of hooters but there's a queue there too.. sigh.. finali i saw chinaone n i rem it is quite an ideal place to chill. n so we made our way up. i'd proudly admit it was a wise decision cos the crowd's smaller n the ambience is nice. lyk the staff over there cos they r very helpful n friendly. :p the music there is good too cos they haf a live band playing. there's also this group of joker guys grooving to the music. darn hilarious! this bunch of ang mohs look barely 16 but they sure haf a way of livening up the place. haha. took some fotos over there n tried to capture a cute guy though it proved futile in the end.. lol. anywae our next destination shall be brewerkz!
i felt fear for the first time yest.. fear of the unknown.. grandma was admitted to a hospital while on a trip back to her village in china.. woke up unable to speak n so her adopted daughter over there sent her to the hospital immediately.. contacted us n 1 of my uncle immediately made plans to fly over. apparently she'd a stroke n worse is she doesnt seem to be able to recognise her own son.. when i heard the news.. i suddenli felt afraid.. afraid of losing my loved ones.. i noe it's part n parcel of life but i dun wish to experience the passing of a close relative.. it seems lyk this yr isnt a good yr..
