Complexity meets simplicity..
todae is quite a peaceful dae for mi compared to yest.. bcos there's many other ppl working nite wid mi.. not lyk yest.. almost suffered a breakdown last nite.. made so many mistakes n my trainer was niao-ing mi.. which makes it worse! the more stressed i feel, the more mistakes i make.. sigh.. in the end, i made 1 reali grave mistake.. supposed to transfer a call regarding a fraud case but due to my oversight, i informed the fraudster his application was successful.. duhx.. i was so screwed by my trainer bcos of dat.. but thankfully, the relevant dept guy was very nice n asked mi not to worry.. so phew.. when i saw my trainer todae, she was not strangling my neck.. but everyday when i come to work, i dread seeing her face.. but well.. she's not the only one dat's not veri nice to newbies lyk us.. most of the senior cso r not that nice to us too.. so far, i've onli met 2 who r nice.. guess this is how the working world is lyk.. ppl onli fawn on those wid power n experience.. duhx..
